Technology should start with Strategy!

A Business guy is better at running IT!

CIOs have no credibility if they only talk Technical!

These are just some of the opinions expressed at the recent CEO panel "Journey from IT Manager to CIO"

The role of CIO is only relatively recent yet it is already attracting contraversy.  Many CEOs (52%) are unhappy with the performance of CEOs and some even feel that they don't want CIOs at the table at all!
